Quantity Surveyor An award winning national property company that specialises in New Build and Maintenance is seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. The position would suit someone with experience, knowledge and passion to work with a variety of different clients and projects. COMPANY PROFILE - Quantity Surveyor: This well-established property company was formed on the basis relationships, experience and reputation. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - Quantity Surveyor: § Produce and evaluate to ensure the cost of the supply of services, material, goods and works. § Working on new build projects § Working on maintenance and refurbishment projects § Working within Hospitality, Residential, Leisure, Healthcare and Education sectors § Closely working with Contractors, Clients and Suppliers § Prepare tenders, bids and estimators § Managing cashflow and individual project budgets § Preparing monthly financial reports for both clients and internal management § Attending internal/external meetings § Prioritising payments, works and time where required PERSON PROFILE - Quantity Surveyor: § Qualified Quantity Surveyor § Experience in working on a variety of construction projects § Work in both Private and Public Sector § Planned works experience § Flexible to travel to fulfil responsibilities of the role. § Working knowledge of construction contracts § Self-motivated, punctual and analytical. § Multi-tasker with excellent follow up skills.
