Overview
Prospero are currently working with a provider of childrens care who are currently seeking a Registered Manager for their service in The South of Wales. The manager will have indepth knowledge around working with children who have Learning Difficulties, EBD and Challenging Behaviour difficulties. The manager must have a good track record with OFSTED. They must be consistent in the support they provide to staff and children within the home and have a genuine passion for providing excellent care. The registered manager will be a forward thinking and proactive individual that will be hands on whenever necessary.
