Overview
Industrial Disease Lawyer This is a great opportunity for a hard working Industrial Disease Lawyer to join the Industrial Disease Litigation department of a Top 100 law firm within their Bristol office. You will be working alongside extremely knowledgeable and experienced colleagues within a busy department that is renowned for achieving successful outcomes for their clients and handling all matters in a compassionate and sensitive way. There is an existing caseload of Asbestos & Mesothelioma matters and you will also benefit from a strong referral network within the local area. The successful candidate will have previous experience of advising on Claimant Contentious Industrial Disease matters, ideally you will also have previous experience of Asbestos and Mesothelioma work but training will be provided. In addition to managing an existing caseload of disease claims you will also be required to attend support groups and legal drop-ins and assist and help develop new relationships with third parties.
