Overview

My client is a unique, comprehensive construction management company and they are now looking to recruit an Administrator - Supporting Design & Finance The objective of the role is to support the Head of Finance with the coordination and completion of weekly/ monthly responsibilities to ensure workflow is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. The role will require a proactive attitude with support provided as needed. Although directly reporting to the Head of Finance, you will also work alongside the Lead Architect to ensure project completion is also managed. The following will be required form the role: Ownership of the administration process of two key departments. Providing internal reports/KPI's on a weekly basis. Coordination of project delivery, supporting the lead architect. Assistance with program scheduling to include weekly work allocation. Assist with bookkeeping elements where the skill set is available. To include bank reconciliations, raising invoices and contacting suppliers. Input of data entry to include time-sheets and then produce an analytical breakdown of the information. Be proactive and resourceful. Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
