PMO Analyst Inside IR35

Currently seeking a PMO Analyst for a 12 month contract based in the Leatherhead area. PMO Analyst 12 month contract Inside IR35 £200 - £300 per day The Role: Responsible for participating in design, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving zone/local processes and best practices Responsibilities: Support operational teams in daily process runs and incident management Develop, implement and maintain processes & work instructions and turn them in zone/global best practices Determine and document metrics/stewardship tools to assess process health and advise corrective actions , as appropriate or required Provide required business analysis and support for established/new work processes Support / lead operational change management as a results of new projects, business initiatives and/or system enhancements Skills Required: Strong communication & coordination skills to implement changes/manage vendors and work with project / operational teams and other key stakeholders in multiple countries Good understanding of operational, accounting and controls aspects of retail, payment and loyalty business Good understanding of systems and dependencies between different processes and systems Please send an up to date CV for immediate attention
