Overview
The Company A global insurance company that works within the insurance, reinsurance and legacy sector. The Role Handling a portfolio of motor claims both within and outside the MOJ portal. Responsibilities Responsible for your own caseload of low value personal injury, damage only and credit hire claims. Working under the Senior Claims Adjusters. Using Proclaim, Microsoft Word and Excel to enter claims data. Investigating liability when required. Reserving adequately with references to case law. Informing Panel Solicitors where proceedings issued. About you 3 years experience in similar claims adjusting role is essential. 2 years experience with the MOJ Portal is desirable. Knowledge of all regulatory issues such as FSA or Data Protection. Ability to produce high quality written work. Ability to organise workload whilst being under pressure. Special requirements There may be occasional travel to other offices, as and when required.
