Overview
Associate/Trainee BI Developer opportunity to join a UK household name business, working within one of the largest most established SQL Server BI Development teams in the North West of the UK. Role is based in Warrington, parking onsite but walking distance from local train station. This role will give you opportunity to establish your career in Business Intelligence development shadowing the Head of BI in partnership to learn and develop your SQL Database Development, SQL Data Warehouse Development and BI Reporting skills using the full SQL BI stack. Full training and development will be given, but to secure this role you will need to ideally have commercial experience gained already within a SQL Reporting, MI Analysis or Database development environment, training developed in education as part of a technology focused degree would be considered strongly. My client is seeking someone passionate to learn and develop skills within SQL Development/BI Development and ideally with a foundation of the following skills/experience. Commercial understanding of one of the following verisons of SQL Server, 2008R2, 2012, 2014, 2016 TSQL, stored proceedures, views, triggers etc. SSRS/SSMS or Power BI Reporting experience. Highly desirable: SSIS SSAS/MDX/DAX Excellent salary on offer for the level of experience, plus annual 10-15% bonus, promotion and development opportunities, flexible start and finish times.
