Overview
Due to an internal move my client, a leading Insurance company, currently seek a personable and motivated candidate to join their Warranty team. The role involves liaising with clients whose vehicle Warranty and Breakdown assistance cover is coming to an end to advise them regarding options to extend. Duties will include: Handling predominantly incoming calls from Warranty customers Building rapport with clients and overcoming objections re the extension of warranty's Identify opportunities to upgrade cover Making outbound calls to try and secure sales Handling complaints in a positive fashion using empathy and patience Capturing all relevant data and responding to correspondence within agreed time-scales Adhering to FCA regulations Applicants must be a minimum of GCSE educated (A-C in English & Maths) and possess an excellent telephone manner. You will possess a mature approach to handling enquiries from clients with the ability to influence and negotiate whilst maintaining a focus on customer service and quality.
