Overview
A new opportunity has arisen to join the Pricing Team within a global manufacturing business based near Camberley. The overall purpose of this position is to prepare and distribute accurate, timely pricing information, maintain pricing, provide macro-analytical support and coordinate pricing analysis. Key responsibilities of the Pricing Coordinator: Price list creation and maintenance involving accurate production of price lists, which have a logical presentation, are easy for customers to understand and are communicated efficiently and on time. Working with discount matrices, ensuring that all Sales staff are registered, and that accurate discount information is held within the pricing systems. Be responsible for communication of discount changes to the Sales team. Assist in the input of competitor pricing and maintain the internal database. Take primary responsibility for processing all contract evaluations for deals over the set pricing threshold for specific brands. Attend management information meetings, gathering the latest information on all product changes and introductions to ensure any pricing amendments are carried through to completion. Provide analytical support to the Pricing team as required. Skills needed for this role: Excellent IT skills, with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good numeracy and excellent attention to detail. Analytical skills and experience involving the manipulation of large volumes of data would be desirable Commercial awareness gained through study or work experience. An excellent benefits package is offered and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm.
