Overview
We currently have multiple positions available with a social housing repairs and maintenance contractor. They are currently looking to grow there team across the reactive and voids maintenance department. They are looking for Multi Trade Operatives. The positions available are temporary to permanent. 12 weeks temp trial prior to being offered a permanent job. This will be a full property refurb for which you will be part of a team of 2. Scope of work will vary depending on the condition of the property but most works can include:- - Bricklaying - Bathroom refurb (New bath, shower, sink and splash back tiles) - Paint - Plaster patch repairs or full re-plaster - Kitchen refurbishments You must have your own van for the first 12 weeks.
