Now is your chance… The Post offer team form part of the Mortgages Operations team based in Wilmslow. We are a team of 12 providing a first class service for all our customers from the issue of their mortgage offer until the day funds are released to their solicitor to enable their re-mortgage or purchase to take place. We work closely with the underwriting teams as well as third parties such as brokers, valuers and solicitors to ensure any queries relating to an offer are resolved prior to the release of funds. We deal with all Owner Occupier and BTL customer applications that have been underwritten in Wilmslow. What would your day look like? Responsibility for the processing and administration of Certificate of Titles and all necessary mortgage documents to support the completion of new mortgage accounts. Support the release of completion funds, ensuring deadlines are met and funds reach the solicitor. Liaise with relevant underwriters, credit risk and third party partners for any completion queries to provide an efficient service Keep customers and brokers informed of the progress of post offer applications and explain Aldermore's timelines and requirements throughout the process Ability to manage post offer case-loads, including cases at various stages within the completion and re-offer process. To support the strong relationships with key internal (such as Sales, Credit, FCT) and external stakeholders (such as surveyors and solicitors) Support the management of Solicitor panels, maintaining MI and supporting and managing service delivery What do we expect of you? A good understanding of the mortgage application process, with experience of working with intermediaries, solicitors and direct customers. Ability to flex to changing volumes and pace of work. Knowledge of Microsoft office platforms Having a proactive and professional approach to drive the right first time outcome for the customer Delivering exceptional service to support a service led proposition, being a seamless continuation of the delivery through the underwriting process. A knowledge and understanding of the mortgage market, including Owner Occupied, Buy-to-let and Specialist Buy-to-let. What can you expect of us?
