Overview

I am working on behalf of a specialist IFA practice, who provide Wealth Management and Independent Financial Planning to clients, based from impressive offices in Horsham town centre. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team, offering a superb working environment/career opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator who is looking for a challenging, developmental administration support role within private wealth management. The Role: Duties & responsibilities include: Monitoring and follow-up of specific pipeline cases & assistance with New Business input. Assistance with preparation of client review/valuation packs and liaison. Processing new business, and ongoing administration of client records. Assist with the dealing and coordination of internal/external post and related business communications. Assist in campaign and marketing activities and inputting client data and MI as required. A thorough understanding of compliance and TCF requirements. Ensure that customers are receiving the highest standard of service, being treated fairly and highlight any situations where you believe this is not the case. Deciding the content of client review packs and ensuring these are complete and to the standard required. General administration and reporting on all business. The Person: The successful candidate will come from an IFA/Wealth Management background and have exposure to supporting IFA's/Financial Advisers. You must have knowledge across investments, pensions, mortgages and protection/life cover and be used to supporting advisers and processing new and existing business on a day to day basis.
