We are a well established company that is recruiting for multiple Trainee Advisor's to work for a leading Financial Services practice. This is an exclusive opportunity that we work on once a year to search for new talent who will become as successful as the advisor's we have in the business currently that also joined via this recruitment drive last year. With over £600 million FUM currently we are one of the leading practices in our network in the country. With a Geographical area that is across Surrey, West Sussex, Tunbridge Wells, and down to Hampshire. We are looking to expand on this and therefore we are actively recruiting for positive and motivated individuals who are looking at an advisory career path. What do you need? For this remarkable opportunity we can confirm that we are looking for the following as a minimum to be considered. A background in financial Services ideally IFA Admin or Para planning, however this is not restricted those areas. We are happy with an individual who has worked in Banking, Life Insurance, Protection. What is key for us is we need someone who is well presented, polished and motivated in there approach and good communication skills The expectations are demanding as you will be expected to take on task of passing the Diploma Level 4 in the given time frame, you will of course be given the funds and material support to pass this. You will receive training with the most successful advisor in the business and, you will be shown how to gather leads and develop relationships and maintaining those clients for many years ahead. As a business we pride ourselves on our client retention and obtaining new clients on referrals. The Package: The package on offer is paying £25k basic salary Car Allowance Laptop / phone full study support to achieve the Diploma Level 4. If you are already Diploma Level 4 the basic salary is negotiable. A commission package will also be highly competitive.
