The client has nearly 150 employees across London, New York, Berlin & are continuing to grow and expand at an exponential rate They are looking to grow out desk and expand to cover even more sectors. The average deal value for a legal recruitment consultant varies from £20,000 - £120,000K The methodology is high contingent/retained, with 30-40% of the work being retained. They are looking for someone with 4 years of experience recruiting into the Legal sector and a proven background in billings.
