Product Director
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Management of the full product lifecycle Understanding of the technology requirements for digital healthcare Translate aspirations, business strategy and goals into a product vision and roadmap that meets the businesses purpose whilst delivering high customer and user values Be a natural leader; able to inspire, advise, motivate and develop your team of 6 product professionals Build collaborative and effective relationships with senior leads from other departments whilst translating the product needs into requirements Assess current metrics and methods for tracking the success of the product output and planning, advocating change where necessary and ensuring a continual focus on delivery Represent the company and speak publicly as required, about your mission, the company's products, and their exciting role in progressing health care Take ultimate responsibility for planning and delivery of the product roadmap, as well as performance of the product team Management and responsibility for the product team budget Work with the internal talent team to create and build an exceptional team Understand and prioritise the skills mix that is needed to achieve product objectives Around 7 years' experience in a Product related role - preferably in a growing tech company A passion for Products, Health and Technology Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire and motivate a diverse team Have excellent communication and facilitation skills with an engaging, clear and concise manner and the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with stakeholders An advocate for the Agile / Scrum methodology Experience of leading a culture of continuous innovation in a fast-moving business Have great organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills Have an evidence-based approach to decision making; comfortable working with data to turn information into knowledge Desired: Experience of working in Health Care / MedTech Some understanding of machine learning / AI Experience in cross collaboration across divisions
