Experience working with a B2B service solution would be ideal, but not vital. It's a small team that works closely with sales, so they need someone seriously commercial who can also communicate effectively with different teams and multiple target audiences. A digital mindset is key, too; understanding analytics and how to track and optimise campaign performance via the website will really help. There is the option of using a 3 rd party agency for the more technical side of your marketing campaigns, but the communication and management of them will be totally down to you. With progression on offer to move up and grow your role, you will very much "run with it", having full ownership of the marketing campaign strategy from idea through to execution, so if you want a role that you can mould to fit you, that will test your commercial acumen and will utilise your B2B campaign expertise, this could be a really good move.
