Overview

Job Summary: To ensure communication of information at all levels within and outside the business takes place to enhance sales, customer experience and staff interaction. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation Write easy to understand, engaging copy that generates sales leads. Ensure we have a regular supply of feature articles to drive interest in our products and services. Explore new methods of delivering relevant content to prospects - white papers, infographics, video, etc. Customer Communications Support with the development and implementation of a new customer communications strategy. Marketing Materials Work with colleagues to write content for printed and digital marketing materials. Support the development of a new company website. Social Media & Email Marketing Manage all social media channels, creating relevant content and monitoring levels of engagement. Use email marketing to reach prospects and customers. Search Marketing Work with our third-party digital agency to create ad copy and appropriate content to enhance our paid for and organic search results. Customer Case Studies Develop a programme to identify and produce a continuous stream of new high-quality customer endorsements and case studies. Person Specification: Qualifications and Experience required A degree in Marketing or a subject like English, History, Journalism or Media 2-3 years’ experience in a professional marketing role. Experience within a B2B marketing environment. Qualifications and Experience Desired Experience working directly with a target driven sales function. Knowledge and Skills Required Excellent writing and content creation skills. Ability to write easy to understand articles based on complex technical content. Proven ability to manage and motivate content providers and stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail. Results orientated and understanding of the commercial goals linked to every task.
