Quantity Surveyor
Overview
Bromak are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to start on a project based in Romford on a permanent basis. Must be willing to travel to different sites across East London & Essex. The Role You'll be responsible for financial and management across the full range of their planned works programme, being given reign to oversee the contract in its entirety alongside the existing Operations Manager. The role is client facing, so building a relationship based on mutual understanding will be critical. Responsibilities: Preparing detailed breakdown of build costs for each stage of work Compiling sub-contract orders, and their subsequent issuing to contractors Carry out cost and value reconciliation on all items Oversee spend on labour allocation, and material procurement Prepare Cost Value Comparison (Profit & Loss) notes All manner of Estiamting duties from pricing initial enquiries to submitting completed tenders Qualifications & Experience Degree in Quantity Surveying preferred but not essential Previous building industry experience is naturally essential Experinced Quantity Surveyor working within the house build industry (high end) Based locally to the wider Romford area What to do next: If you are looking for a new opportunity and this role is of interest, apply via the link below and we look forward to discussing the role in more detail with you.
