Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner to join a multilocational firm in Preston. Our client is a long-established law firm with a series of offices spanning the North West of England to accommodate their ever-evolving client needs. Their specialist lawyers are accredited by the Law Society and work hard to offer a large variety of legal services to wide range of clients, both businesses and individuals. They are searching for a motivated residential conveyancing fee earner to join their expert, reputable team. Ideally, the candidates will have: A solid background in residential conveyancing, of at least 2 years and be able to manage your own caseload of work effectively. Broad experience dealing with a mix of residential work such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and transfer of equities. Passion for your work, and you will be able to autonomously manage a varied caseload efficiently and support partners and senior lawyers with their workload. Excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently and professionally to clients' deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients. In exchange, you will be working in a collegiate office and offered a competitive salary.
