Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to replace a retiring Head of Conveyancing in this succession-planning role. A senior solicitor or legal executive is required to join an established high street law firm in a beautiful West Dorset location. The firm continues to go from strength to strength and is looking for a senior hire in residential conveyancing. In this role, you will be handed an existing client base and files from the outset. As a senior residential conveyancer solicitor/CILEX, you will handle an array of quality instructions whilst also being at the forefront of the development of the team and overall offering. Commercial property or agricultural property experience would be of interest, but are not essential. You will be a senior residential conveyancer solicitor or legal executive who is very experienced in dealing with a variety of instructions from start to completion. The department does not handle volume residential conveyancing; the caseload is diverse and you'll be supported by the team. Marketing and business development are key in order to gain new business and grow the department.
