Robert Half Cambridge are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable company in Welwyn Garden City in their search for a Temporary Finance Assistant for 6 months. The client is looking for the successful candidate to start immediately. The Role: Post all bank receipts from the bank statements Prepare a bank reconciliation Sales Invoices Purchase invoices Cash expenses from the cash banking sheets, credit card and other staff expenses Monthly payroll journals Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger balance Reconciling the Banking control accounts and analysing differences Profile: Good knowledge of QuickBooks Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Highly accurate and good attention to detail Good logical thinking, memory, analysis and synthesis capacity.
