A leading international law firm is seeking a real estate associate solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Manchester. You will be joining this impressive and supportive Real Estate Department, which is part of a wider regional team. You will deal with a range of real estate transactions, advising investors, developers and occupiers, as well as property-related joint ventures, limited partnerships and unit trusts for both investment and development projects. The firm has an excellent client base and you will gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions, rather than specialising in one particular aspect of real estate. These will include multi-million pounds transactions and you will act for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country. You must be a real estate solicitor/associate (NQ-5 years' PQE) from a recognised Real Estate Department in a major or medium-sized firm. You will ideally have relevant experience in dealing with transactions structured through corporate and offshore vehicles, although this is not essential.
