Overview

A part-time, 12-month FTC position has arisen with a major global insurance company. Based in Central London in the City, you will be responsible for providing legal and regulatory support to consumer product lines, working 3 days a week. You will review, negotiate, prepare and finalise legal documentation including broker services and distribution agreements, multi-jurisdictional deals and regulatory issues, facility agreements, marketing and confidentiality agreements. As well as a competitive salary, the role offers a collaborative, dynamic and fast paced working environment. To be considered, you will be a regulatory lawyer with some exposure to the insurance sector. Understanding of consumer product lines, including sales and distribution models, would be advantageous.
