My client are a London based French Investment Bank who are looking to hire a number of interim junior lawyers on an IBOR transition project for a period of 6 months. Responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing general banking and finance or commercial contract documentation. Has worked contract management accounts/projects, contract analysis/ summarisation projects, transactional due diligence accounts/projects, and litigation support accounts/projects. Has experience in the standardisation of contracts for commercial or financial services clients. Has had some playbook-driven regulatory reform repapering project experience. The preferred candidate must have either French or Japanese language skills. All work can be done remotely so my client is happy to consider candidates who live in London or further afield. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role. At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
