Overview

My client are a London based French Investment Bank who are looking to hire a number of interim lawyers on an IBOR transition project for a period of 6 months. Responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing: ISDA and other derivatives master documentation and related collateral agreements; Securities financing documentation (GMRA and GMSLA); Prime services documentation; and Clearing documentation. Liaising with clients and international sales, credit, compliance and prime brokerage teams on matters relating to market-linked investments, equity and foreign exchange derivative agreement. Repapering and amendment of OTC derivative and associated master agreements for business and compliance purposes; and Liaising with internal stakeholders (Treasury, Credit, Collateral, compliance etc.) to set negotiating parameter. The preferred candidate must have either French or Japanese language skills. All work can be done remotely so my client is happy to consider candidates who live in London or further afield.
