Overview
Funds Lawyer, Executive Director - Leading Global Asset Manager, London We are currently looking to identify a senior Executive Director level lawyer for a leading global active Investment Manager, to be based in London. Within EMEA, this Institution offer bespoke and pooled investment solutions through segregated accounts and pooled funds invested across Equity, Fixed Income, Private Credit and Real Assets. Responsibilities of this role would include: providing legal support in relation to efficient portfolio management activities in respect of both segregated clients and pooled funds; providing legal coverage for the funds described above and in advising, structuring and executing on new funds taking a lead role in working with portfolio management, product, sales, client service and fund administration teams, dealing with day to day queries regarding maintenance of the IM fund ranges, and legal and regulatory issues arising in respect of service providers to the funds; Management of outside counsel Interface with Regulators across EMEA Skills and Qualifications 10 – 15 years’ PQE Private Practice experience with a leading Investment Management Practice Funds experience in general and fund governance (UCITS or Alternatives)
