The Role This is your opportunity to build a long and successful career, working at the top of your game and earning big. Starting as a Business Development Executive, you focus on prospecting C-Level employees from both warm and cold leads. This involves finding suitable leads on LinkedIn, networking events and internal databases. Training will be delivered consistently by the managers and internal trainers of the company to ensure you progress quickly and efficiently with your career. As you progress with the company, you can start to specialise in closing Business Development deals or as an Account Manager. Key Responsibilities • Hit monthly targets of proposals and client meetings • Qualifying new business opportunities and engaging with C-Level Directors • Overseeing new business meetings/introducing your senior manager on demos • Building your own and company network • Contribute to the overall success and culture of the business Progression • BDE: 6-12 Months - OTE - 40K • BDM: 12-24 Months - OTE -70-80K • Senior BDM: 12-24 Months - OTE - 100K Plus • BDM Director/Senior Account Manager depending on performance and skillset The Package • £4-28k basic • £4k pay rise after first promotion (normally at 3 months), then another around 6 months. • £40,000 year 1 OTE (UNCAPPED) •CEO club open to all employees - this year saw 2 trips on the CEO’s yacht in Miami and Ibiza • Modern and buzzing office with a young collaborative culture • Weekly incentives - meals out at TOP London restaurants • Consistent 121 tuition from Directors This is an entry level Graduate Business Development position with full bespoke graduate training to ensure you have all the tools needed to excel and progress.
