Management Accountant Near Cirencester £42k -£55k (DOE) Excellent Benefits Package I am recruiting for a Management Accountant to work for a company who has experienced an incredible growth journey based on delivering pioneering services. The role would suit an experienced Management Accountant who would like to work in international global company and play a pivotal role overseeing all financial and commercial aspects of the sales markets in the UK and European subsidiaries. This broad role will include management and financial accounting, business partnering, cost controlling, forecasting, budgeting, cash and working capital management. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key duties include: Oversee and review the finances of multiple European subsidiaries Support the UK and European Sales and Commercial Directors in a business partnering capacity providing financial information and revenue analysis Review the overseas subsidiaries management accounts working closely with the Financial Controllers and operational stakeholders to understand the business and challenge the results Review financial controls and procedures in the European subsidiaries including balance sheet reconciliations and cash management. Work closely with the Sales and Operational Planning department to understand the sales demand forecasts and impacts on operational activities Provide support in the production of the Group’s annual budget, rolling re forecasts, year-end audit and statutory accounts. Key requirements: Experienced Part Qualified or Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) Strong technical and commercial skills Strong communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relations A flexible attitude to work and be prepared to travel across Europe at times Good eye for detail and ability to interact with senior management and non-finance personnel.
