Bank Reconciliations Clerk | York | £18,000-£20,000 | Axon Moore is currently partnering with a market leading business on the outskirts of York. With their continued investment, this business has gone from strength-to-strength and continuing on a trajectory of progressive growth they are seeking to recruit a Bank Reconciliations Clerk to add to their finance function. Reporting to the Transactional Manager, youas the successful Bank Reconciliations Clerk will be responsible for: • Completing Bank Reconciliations in a timely manner ensure that queries are being handled efficiently. • Investigating and resolving reconciliation queries • Preparing inter-client and office bank transfers • Diligently keeping company banking details, limits and authorisation levels up to date • Daily Accounts System journals • Daily bank statement downloads • Ensure the processing of all bank transfers for all companies in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company guidelines Skills Required: • Basic / Intermediate Excel Skills: formulas, V-lookups and Pivot Tables as an ideal • Excellent attention to detail • Able to work with autonomy and as part of a team As the successful Bank Reconciliations Clerk you will have experience within a similar kind of function or in Accounts. You will be able to effectively communicate (written and verbally) both internally and externally and have excellent time management. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking to further their knowledge in accounts and establish yourself in a thriving business. Salary is £18 - £20K benefits.
