Overview

Operations Executive Job in Bournemouth Dovetail Recruitment are currently looking for an Operations Executive to join their well established and growing client based in central Bournemouth. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team’s management with planning and administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Attending pre-planning meetings with Clients and Managers to plan and agree strategy for the next cycle drives Ensuring all key cycle information is in place as agreed with sales management Producing sales presentation and cycle brief in line with company standard and format Attending sales planning and client meetings as required which will involve staying overnight Setting up and maintaining the CRM system with all required product data and required information Checking invoices against orders ensuring accuracy prior to sign off Sales reporting and adhoc requests for clients and management Coordinating and monitoring all stock and point of sale for the sales team Experience and Knowledge: A minimum of 2 years administration experience in a faced paced environment is desirable Highly IT literate and the ability to use PowerPoint and the ability to use Excel in order to analyse sales performance data and produce reports The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload in order to ensure accuracy and attention to detail The ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers and suppliers Salary and Benefits: £DOE Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Enrolment into the healthcare scheme Reimbursed parking in central Bournemouth The Operations Executive position would suit candidates who have a background working in a fast-paced commercial administrative role and who is highly accurate and organised.
