Page Personnel are recruiting for an administrator to join a growing Financial Services business in East Leeds. Client Details The client is a growing business and are adding a head to their head office in East Leeds. This position will start as temporary and then be made permanent if expectations are met during the temporary period. Description The Temporary Administrator will be responsible for - Processing new business applications Preparing meeting packs Liaising with 3rd part providers Providing analytics plotting fund growth Answering incoming calls Dealing with client quotations e.g. withdrawals/change of address/fund/trust documents Drafting client letters and emails Profile The Temporary Administrator will have/be - Minimum of 2 years in Financial Services business Understanding of financial planning process Strong work ethic Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Strong IT Skills including Word, Outlook and Excel Job Offer The Temporary Administrator will receive - Temporary to permanent opportunity Immediate start date Competitive salary Free on site parking
