Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Queries Team Leader, to join a Large Service Provider on a permanent basis in a well-established company based in the city centre of Manchester. Reporting to the Commercial Credit Manager, you will manage the daily activities of a large, dynamic team, responsible for providing a professional end-to-end service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include: Act as the primary escalation point for all Account Manager and Commercial Finance queries Pro- active management of the ledger to ensure SLA's and target are achieved Issue various reports to the business including overspend and workflow reporting Manage and coach the team; identify any development & training requirements, conduct 1-to-1's, ledger reviews etc. Stakeholder management- build relationships and improve ways of working Pro-actively identify improvements for systems, processes and ways of working to ensure efficient business operations Active involvement in internal and external audit, ensuring controls are in place across the team and processes are regularly reviewed Identify root cause and corrective action when required Requirements: Minimum of 3 years working in an AR/ query resolution environment Previous team management experience Excellent people and interpersonal skills Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise Performance driven and keen to exceed expectations Proven customer service experience Confident communicator and problem solver This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, driven and reliable individual to join a hugely and vibrant company.
