Overview
Based in the European HQ of an international business, the Sales Reporting Analyst will provide critical sales reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and the wider team. The position will involve significant sales reporting responsibility in the areas of forecasting, statistics and rebates. This is a busy, varied role that's evolving as the business continues to expand. Key responsibilities will include: The production of sales and forecasting reports using a combination of Excel and SFDC. Reconciling and aligning the orders with Finance and reviewing forecasts. Assisting with planning and target setting by region. Producing a monthly KPI performance Dashboard which provides a full 360 view of sales performance for the team. Producing reports, statistics and slides for review meetings as required. Regularly updating historic orders and shipment reports and providing historic data reports upon request. Keeping track of accruals for customer rebates, calculating the amounts due, and ensuring credits are raised and payments are made in a timely fashion. Occasional ad-hoc admin support as required. The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in a similar role that involves sales reporting responsibility. Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP. Good Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. The ability to work with minimal supervision and juggle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Power Bi would be desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
