Overview
As Endoscopy Lead, you will lead clinical nursing practice within the clinical area. As a member of the nursing team, you will work with the Theatre Manager to provide leadership to the team. Key Responsibilities: Development of budgetary management of the Endoscopy nursing service Support more Junior nursing grades Participate as part of the Endoscopy team to develop endoscopy services Regular audits of nursing standards and practice About you: First level registration Evidence of Post basic Development 2 years experience at band 5 in a hospital setting Experience of GRS Understanding of JAG This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week.
