Overview
As Staff Nurse Endoscopy, you will work in a key diagnostic speciality providing the highest standards of effective patient care, whilst working as part of the endoscopy nursing team. Key responsibilities: Undertake pre assessment of patients Regularly take charge of the unit in absence of a more senior member of staff Comply with national and local infection control policies and procedures Develop a comprehensive understanding of all specialised equipment within the endoscopy unit About you: Registered Nurse or Operating Departing Practitioner NMC Registered Knowledge of COSHH and CQC standards Patient focused approach There are two roles available, one full time (37.5 hours) and one part time (15 hours). The salary is £24,000 - £30,000 Pro rata, dependant on experience
