Overview
We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and resilient person to work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team in a role of Social Worker / Clinical Specialist, who will have responsibility for a caseload of service users: to complete assessment and review of new referrals, and deliver short term interventions in the role of Primary Worker; and deliver clear psychological and social care interventions in the role as Care Co-ordinator.
