Overview

City-based Boutique Fund Management company requires a Secretary to join them. Working to support a group of Investment Managers, the successful candidate will be responsible for typing and producing documents in addition to providing clerical support. Duties: - To provide full secretarial service to a Fund Management team - Assist with co-ordination of the company’s diary - Secretarial duties including confidential letters/documents - Assist with co-ordination of travel and meeting arrangements - Updating marketing documents and website - Attend meetings and record minutes - Bookkeeping Competencies/ Qualifications: - Experience working within investment management - Experience in Fund of Funds, Fund Management or Asset Management preferred - Team support - Must be personable and able to demonstrate good organisation skills Desired: - Ability to speak German will be advantageous This vacancy is being advertised by Montpellier Resourcing Limited.
