Overview

I am currently working with an international multi sector recruitment business located in London of whom are looking to hire an additional 2 consultants to their Finance and Tech teams. Our client is a young recruitment company that likes to do things differently. Headquartered in London, our business is built on our culture. We are search firm that works on global mandates across the financial services and legal sectors. We are currently looking to build on our early success and grow our existing teams, as well as diversfying by adding new practice areas. In particular, we engage on both a contingent and retained basis with hedge funds, banks and proprietary trading companies recruiting across Quantitative Research, Algorithmic Trading, Technology and Legal/Compliance. Our methodology is underpinned by a desire to deliver and maintain an exceptional level of service to our clients. We work together as a collective to continue to raise the bar. Inter-team and cross-team collaboration is actively promoted in the business with the common goal of improving ourselves as recruiters by striving for excellence. Along the way we like to have some fun : ) They operate across the UK and US primarily and only target the top 5% of candidates in any area that they cover making them a high level search firm. The salary on offer here is £25/30k with a commission structure that goes up to 50%.
