Overview
Would you like to work for a non-profit organisation, do you have a passion for Career Development and have you worked in the Higher Education Environment? If so then this might be the role for you My client is looking for a talented Development Manager to join a growing team in Cambridge. You will be required to help build their UK and International business in higher education by providing excellent services to their clients across the world. You will need to be highly organised and flexible with the ability to prioritise and multitask as well as focusing on project delivery. You will manage and deliver a broad range of projects, products and services related to professional and career development of researchers in Higher Education. Apply and develop knowledge experience of Universities to facilitated the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Provide project impact evaluations and assessment of results and prepare draft reports Contribute to the development and delivery of new business, resources and services to extend the visibility and reach of the company and its activities in the UK and internationally, delivering to agreed targets. Lead and participate in a number of sector engagement activities and ensure effective communications with stakeholders.
