Garment technologist needed for ongoing freelance - Immediate start- West London- Mens and womenswear At Create we are working with a supplier brand who are currently in the process of updating their systems. They need a tech who understands garment construction and patterns to come in on an ongoing freelance contract. You will have to check the tech packs and make sure all the information and patterns are correct before putting them onto the new database. Some of the tech packs are correct , some missing information and quite a few completely incorrect. This role is mainly admin at the moment until this task is done. About the role… Updating systems checking the tech pack and patterns are correct Updating tech packs QC Creating spec sheets and Graded specs for production Creating new tech packs About you… The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar supplier as a Garment Technologist Advanced computer skills Must have good knowledge of Excel Strong garment construction and size knowledge is essential Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar senior position This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89251579
