Overview
We are working on behalf of a successful supplier of fashion who are recruiting an Import Merchandiser to work with Ladies Occasion wear. The Responsibilities of the Import Merchandiser will Include: Manage the critical path and co-ordinate the sample process with the factories in the Far East and ensure orders are delivered on time. Get samples and lab dips approved Liaise with the other in-house teams to meet customers’ specific requirements. Work closely with the design team and account managers to develop products in line with key trends and customer needs. The Ideal Import Merchandiser will be a target driven yet work well within a team and should demonstrates examples where initiative is used to resolve issues that arrive. The Import Merchandiser must demonstrate experience within a similar role related to the fashion industry.
