Overview
Our client, an independent kitchen and bathroom company, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer to join their growing team. The role involves planning, designing and selling inspirational kitchens and bathrooms, assisting customers from their initial enquiry right through to taking photos of their completed project. You will need to be a friendly and approachable person who finds it easy to develop a rapport with a wide range of customers. Our client has built their business on constructing strong relationships with their customers and therefore it is key that you provide an excellent service to each and every customer at all times. Location: Tottenham, North London Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, occasional evenings Salary: £25,000 per annum, depending on experience Benefits: 38 days annual leave Contract type: Permanent Main duties for the Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer: · Support customers through the entire sales process, understanding and meeting their individual requirements ·Maintain full product range knowledge of in-stock and non-stock items ·Take full responsibility for the accurate measuring of the customer’s room and layout ·Assist the customer in understanding the range of products and pricing options available ·Design and plan functional and creative kitchens and bathrooms using Fusion software ·Liaise with the customer through the design and order process, keeping them up to date and fully informed ·Take pictures of finished kitchens and bathrooms and gather testimonials from customers Requirements for the Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer position: · Proven sales experience in the kitchens and bathrooms industry ·Previous kitchen and bathroom design experience using CAD systems ·Excellent industry knowledge ·Design flair and creative thinking ·Accurate with excellent attention to detail ·Strong computer skills ·Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strong time-management and organisational skills ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong numerical skills · The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines · Ability to develop professional relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside the company · A valid driving licence and own vehicle If this job sounds of interest and you have the skills and experience described above, please forward your CV and a cover letter explaining why you feel you are suitable for this position.
