The Team You’re Joining We are a family owned, independent commercial supplier of Trade Materials since 1999. Using our vast experience in the building & design industry, we are opening a new showroom near Central London from the beginning of March 2020; showcasing bespoke kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. We are seeking an ambitious candidate to permanently join our team as a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer, on a full-time basis. Why Join Our Team as a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer Comprehensive training on all products, CAD systems and Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer techniques Fixed base salary with uncapped commissions Join a growing team and company The Ideal Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer 2-3 years industry experience working across the KBB marketplace Proven sales record and confidence in using computerised CAD systems and EQ software as you will be responsible for managing all planning services and quotations for our customers Knowledge of the kitchen and bedroom industry and products A self-motivated attitude and value that customers come first Kitchen and Bathroom Design and sales experience How the Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer Makes an Impact Welcoming customers into the showroom and assisting with any product queries they may have The design and sale of bespoke kitchens and bathrooms while meeting customer budgets and exceeding expectations Deal with enquiries over phone and emails Processing client orders Liaising with external instillation teams to oversee the completion of all projects Account manage all client projects Managing and following up on new and existing leads to ascertain potential interest and nurture clients buying interest and overcoming any reservations Meeting personal KPI’s and revenue targets Converting client’s interest into a sale using influencing and negotiating skills N.B Our website is under construction and will be up within the next week.
