Overview
Technical Supervisor - Dartford - £45,000 Maintenance Site Supervisor required to manage a newly refurbished building in the Datford area. Working Monday to Friday split days, 7-4/8-5/10-7 our client is looking to pay 45k for the right candidate. You will be the Supervisor on site covering All ME maintenance as well as managing a team of 3-4 engineers and contractors. Our client is looking for a dedicated individual with a good attention to detail, also someone who is willing to progress through the company. You will be on a large site carrying out plant checks and dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on a daily basis. Whilst ensuring all paperwork/RAMS and compliance is completed on site. Maintenance on general building services and minor HVAC equipment will also be required. Plenty of Overtime available, and call-out ROTA. Responsibilities · Respond to all enquiries promptly · Ensure the smooth running of the building · Cover planned and reactive maintenance · Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors · Perform rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract Requirements · Excellent client facing skills · Able to prove that you have experience working in a similar field of employment. · Good all round Building services knowledge · 17th Edition Qualification, Electrical Installation either NVQ or C&G. · Good building services knowledge, man management skills, Self motivated, Well organised If you feel you match the criteria then please apply now or contact Dylan Invictus Group on 0207 397 5303.
