Overview
Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst for a 12 month FTC. This is a highly successful organisation and due to continuous change is looking to recruit an experienced HR Systems Analyst to work as part of the HR team. Reporting into the HR Shared Service Manager the emphasis of the role will be to maintain and proactively develop the HR systems and provide in-depth analysis across a range of people data to support effective planning and decision making and ensuring the timely delivery of meaningful MI. Specifically the role will be to support the development and maintenance of all HR systems, deliver training both formal and ad hoc on new systems as well as providing first line support and responding to queries. The role will also take responsibility for all HR MI both internal data such as HR metrics as well as external data such as salary benchmarking. The role will also be responsible for MI reporting to a senior level for reports and analysis. To be successful in this role you will have a strong track record of a similar role gained within a HR environment.
