JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To work as part of their global client team, they wish to recruit a German speaking Customer Success Manager. The typical job responsibilities will include: Responsible for managing key accounts Maintaining successful business relationships Provide the full range of product support to corporate clients SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Fluent German and English. Additional language skills in French and/or Italian an advantage but not essential Experience of managing customer relationships Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and a friendly manner The ability to manage a varied workload with great organisational skills.
