Development Engineer - Permanent - Birmingham - £Competitive Salary DOE I am seeking a Development Engineer for an established automotive engineering company to support new product development programs. This client are part of a growing successful business operating in the supply of automotive components for a range of commercial engines. They provide design and development services for other sister companies within the engine products division being a global supplier/market leader in their field. This is a permanent position based in Birmingham. What You Will Need: As Development Engineer: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with post graduate experience in industry. Experience of design/development/test of products involving mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies. Strong problem solving and report writing skills. Knowledge of hydraulics systems or rotating components such as bearings, seals, gears, pulleys would be advantageous. Able to operate within tight deadlines on multiple projects Positive supportive attitude to co-workers.
