Type: Permanent Location: North London Salary: £35,000 Vehicle and Fuel Card Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday Extras: Overtime available with training and progression opportunities. The Role A great opportunity has become available for an electrical maintenance engineer to work on a prestigious mobile contract across North London. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a leading FM company, who likes to work using their own initiative and has the confidence to work independently in the commercial environment. Great training and progression is also available for the right candidate. Key responsibilities: Testing and inspecting of electrical installations in accordance with National Inspection Council documentation. Carrying out refurbishment works arising from breakdown and maintenance inspections. Responding to Helpdesk reactive maintenance / breakdown calls and carrying out remedial work as necessary. Providing feedback information to the customer and helpdesk as required. Assume the role of Competent Person (electrical). To undertake estimating including end of life assessment arising from reactive works. To undertake estimating for electrical new work requests. Working across various sites in the North London Region. Other reasonable duties as agreed with EFS management. Requirements / Must have a minimum off: City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations 17 th / 18 th edition Testing and inspecting electrical installations – (Desirable) Full clean UK driving licence For further information please contact Joe on 0207 397 5303.
