Overview
C++ Developer / Team Lead (C/C++ STL Boost Python). Are you a senior C++ Developer looking to progress your career to a leadership position whilst remaining hands-on with technology? Global Investment Research and Management firm is seeking a highly skilled, senior hands-on C++ Developer to take a lead role within the Real-time Data Technology Team that delivers data for millions of instruments traded in markets worldwide. As a C++ Developer / Team Lead you will design and develop high volume, low latency, real-time market data feeds. You'll set the standards and manage projects through the full development lifecycle including working with QA. As a the Team Lead you will also be responsible for developing key libraries used by the team and for mentoring / leading more junior team members. You'll be based in the City and can enjoy a good work / life balance with flexible working. Requirements: Strong C++ development skills including STL and Boost Strong real-time and multi-threading development skills Team / Technical leadership / mentoring experience Excellent communications skills Degree educated, 2.1 or above Desirable: Python, Java; AI, Machine Learning As a C++ Developer / Team Lead you can expect to earn a highly competitive salary (to £80k) plus bonus and benefits.
