Overview
We have a new and exciting permanent opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing company based in Parkway, Whiteley. Working in a lively, fun office, this role will suit someone who has previosuly been in an Office Management position and now looking for a part time role. You will be motivated and enthusiastic and enjoy being hands on. Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrator - Administrative tasks - Billing - Assisting Compliance Director & HR Officer - Monitoring company websites and emails - Reviewing and improvement of business processes - Monitoring complaints - Raising invoices - Scanning/ Filing Key Attributes of the Administrator - Attention to detail - Numerate Hours: 20-25 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm Salary: 18 - 20k Depending on experience negotiable
